Overview

The Sales Enablement Program Manager will design, implement, and manage Remote’s Sales Onboarding and ongoing training programs, working closely with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance sales efficiency and quota achievement.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to build training programs that drive revenue growth.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with reporting tools like Sigma and Salesforce.
  • Ability to analyze and report on training effectiveness.
  • Experience managing live and asynchronous training formats.
  • Certification in Instructional Design is a plus.
  • Experience in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong presentation skills.
