As an individual contributor, the Associate People Partner provides proactive, strategic partnership to their assigned client group, in alignment with the function’s lead People Business Partner.

• Provide support on employee relations and guide people managers.
• Own the implementation of annual people programs.
• Act as a partner and coach to people managers.
• Manage and resolve employee relations issues.
• Collaborate with the People Partner Team on initiatives.
• Analyze people data to inform strategy.

• Work with sensitive and confidential materials.
• Experience in a People team is essential.
• Remote work experience is a plus.

• Ability to support managers and team members.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Not required to have remote work experience.
