Enablement Program Manager - Remote

Overview

We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Enablement Program Manager to support learning and development initiatives across the Revenue organization. This role plays a key part in designing, coordinating, and maintaining enablement programs that enhance onboarding, product knowledge, and sales proficiency.

In Short

• Manage and coordinate onboarding and ongoing training programs for Revenue team members
• Organize and schedule training sessions, workshops, and events
• Maintain and audit content libraries (LMS/CMS) to ensure materials are current and relevant
• Track program participation, learning progress, and training completion
• Collaborate with Enablement, Product Marketing, and Sales to improve training experiences
• Collect and incorporate feedback to continuously optimize enablement programs
• Create and support internal enablement materials, slide decks, and communication assets
• Provide regular reporting on enablement effectiveness and learning outcomes
