Product Manager, Integrations - Remote

Overview

The Product Manager– Integrations will be responsible for the R365 suite of integrations from ideation to go-to-market and will work closely with every other Product Manager to drive our integration offerings in the R365 Platform.

• Drive, develop and maintain the R365 Integration Roadmap, along with its 18-mo vision
• Select, design, and write user stories for the Integration Scrum Team
• Evaluate and prioritize features, bugs and program debt
• Collaborate with other teams to prioritize, scope, design, and deliver impactful enhancements
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for integrations
• Communicate and present product information at company events
• Conduct customer interviews
• Work with the Go to Market (GTM) team to document and launch product updates

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in integration-focused product management in a SaaS environment
• Strong understanding of integration business and technology fundamentals
• Demonstrated Agile Methodology experience in a product owner/manager function
• Solid communication skills and proven ability to work well with cross functional teams
• Experience working in the restaurant industry (preferred)
• Product Management experience with Back-of-House Restaurant Software (preferred)
