In Short

• Own end-to-end data work from raw source data to stakeholder products.
• Support various functions across the US and UK: operations, marketing, sales, etc.
• Utilize modern tech stack: Fivetran, Python, Snowflake, dbt, Tableau.
• Build and maintain dbt models for reliable analytical assets.
• Translate ambiguous business questions into precise analytical deliverables.
• Design and ship Tableau dashboards to automate reporting.
• Identify gaps in data coverage and work to close them.
• Maintain data quality standards and write dbt tests.
• Contribute to analytical infrastructure and documentation.
• Potential to stretch into data engineering or data science.

Requirements

• Strong SQL skills with complex queries.
• Experience with dbt or SQLMesh.
• Familiarity with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake.
• Proficiency in BI tools like Tableau.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Python experience for data tasks is a plus.
• Startup experience and comfort with ambiguity.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.
