HelioCampus is seeking a Data Analyst to support higher education institutions by analyzing data related to enrollment, student success, and financial metrics. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their analytical needs and providing insights through data analysis and visualization.

• Develop expertise in the HelioCampus data platform.
• Deploy dashboards and reports for university partners.
• Conduct analysis to identify trends in higher education data.
• Perform ad hoc analysis for strategic decision-making.
• Act as the main contact between HelioCampus and clients.
• Utilize SQL and business intelligence tools for reporting.
• Deliver ongoing training and support to clients.
• Maintain data quality and accuracy.

• Collaborate on process efficiency initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of analytic experience in higher education.
• Experience with student financials, admissions, and enrollment management.
• Ability to present data analysis to business leaders.
• Strong relationship management skills with clients.
• Experience with Student Information Systems.
• Proficiency in Power BI and/or Tableau.
• Familiarity with data warehouse concepts and large data sets.
• Foundational knowledge of SQL and programming languages.
