Data Analyst - Remote

Remote Recruitment is looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our growing team. In Short

• Collect, clean, and analyse large datasets from multiple sources
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support decision-making
• Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements
• Develop and document data models, metrics, and KPIs
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting outputs

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar)
• Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation
• Experience with Python or R for data analysis is advantageous
• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a remote environment
