In Short

• Support execution of multiple company-wide growth initiatives and M&A integration.
• Provide structure, governance, and accountability across strategic workstreams.
• Establish integration management office (IMO) and program management office (PMO).
• Develop and implement comprehensive integration strategies.
• Create and manage milestone-based work plans across strategic workstreams.
• Track and monitor deliverables, resolve blockers, and ensure business continuity.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings to drive progress.
• Collaborate with leads to track benefit realization and readiness.
• Lead structured working sessions with enabling teams.
• Establish foundational IMO and PMO processes, tools, and templates.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of project or program management experience.
• Proven track record leading large-scale initiatives.
• Experience working with C-level or senior executives.
• Strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Able to work autonomously and drive accountability.
• Analytical skills and financial acumen; proficiency in Excel preferred.
• Familiarity with managing through ambiguity.
• Experience in professional services environments is a plus.
