Overview

The Manager of Strategic Initiatives will support high-priority transformation initiatives in Aledade’s performance and growth, contributing to the delivery of value-based care insights into partner practice EHR workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Economics, Business, or Healthcare.
• 8+ years of progressive professional experience or 5+ years with a Master’s Degree.
• 2+ years in healthcare strategy & operations consulting strongly preferred.
• Experience in value-based care strongly preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills required.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong strategic planning and analytical skills.
• Commitment to confidentiality and discretion required.
