Project Manager, EMEA - Remote

Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for supporting delivery teams’ day to day by covering administrative and project management tasks. The Project Manager will need to juggle several tasks across a high volume of projects and be able to work well with numerous team units. Excellent organizational skills, the ability to multi-task and to manage time are essential competencies in this role.

In Short

• Assistance with project operations and delivery, working directly with the end client and cross-functional teams internally.
• Managing delivery end to end for risk-free projects.
• Managing top up/ competitor client quoting and delivery of won opportunities.
• Define the project plan details including timeline, resources required and potential roadblocks.
• Basic scripting/ programming fulfilment.
• Updating project specs into a statement of work.
• Monitor field progress, problem solving and identification and implementation of solutions.
• Data and quality assurance checks actioned.
• Effective and proactive stakeholder management both internally and externally.
• Ensuring detailed project briefs/ specs are accurately documented in Salesforce.

Requirements

• 2-4 years’ experience in a client facing role.
• Experience supporting a team.
• Experience with task management.
• Excellence in organisational, time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
