Overview

The Project Manager will provide professional project management experience to designated projects and assignments, coordinating with client representatives and the property management team to ensure project objectives are met.

Requirements

• B.S. Degree in Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum of 5 years in an engineering/construction project accountability role.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in project management.
• Hands-on experience with tenant improvement construction preferred.
• Strong client focus and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Technical proficiency in project management tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Leadership and relationship management capabilities.
