Overview

The Project Manager will drive key initiatives aimed at transforming the student experience at OU Education Services, managing complex projects from planning to launch, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance student outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 7-9 years of project management experience.
• Experience in higher education or nonprofit sector preferred.
• Proven track record of launching new programs.
• Experience with student recruitment and retention initiatives is desirable.
• PMP Certification required.
• Agile and Scrum certifications preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software.
