Project Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Project Manager at Avalere Health, you will work directly with agency account teams and functional departments to ensure all client work is delivered on time and on budget, while fostering an inclusive culture.

In Short

• Manage effective workflow of all projects on assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with agency teams to establish project plans and allocate resources.
• Prepare and manage client MLR submissions.
• Develop timelines and manage projects to remain on time and budget.
• Schedule and lead project kick-off meetings.
• Conduct formal internal review meetings for creative approvals.
• Maintain daily communications with team members on all projects.
• Manage financial tracking and budget concerns.
• Provide meaningful feedback to enhance agency processes.
• Foster positive relationships with agency teams.

Requirements

• Four year college degree.
• Four or more years of project management experience.
• Proven experience managing digital projects with teams of 10+ people.
• Understanding of technical aspects of website development.
• Experience with projects involving data and analytics.
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
• Understanding of resourcing creative and technical teams is a plus.
