Overview

The Director of HR will report to the Chief People Officer and manage a Human Resources Coordinator. This individual will work closely with senior leadership to shape culture, support growth, and ensure strong, compliant people practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 7-10+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience supporting a fully remote organization.
• Strong background in recruiting and employee relations.
• Demonstrated ability to build HR programs.
• Familiarity with HRIS, specifically with Paylocity is a plus.
