In Short

• Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team on all people-related matters.
• Directly manage and develop the Recruiting and HR Operations teams.
• Ensure consistent, locally-compliant people practices across the United States, Latin America, Japan, and EMEA.
• Design and execute HR programs that attract, develop, and retain top talent.
• Champion a culture of inclusion, accountability, and continuous growth.
• Oversee compensation and benefits strategy.
• Drive performance management processes.
• Manage employee relations with a fair and compliant approach.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and department leaders on headcount planning.
• Leverage HR data and analytics to inform decisions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a senior HR leadership role.
• Proven track record in a high-growth B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or technology company.
• Experience building and scaling HR functions across multiple geographies.
• Demonstrated success leading organizational change and driving culture.
• Prior experience partnering with Sales, Engineering, and Product leadership teams.
