Requirements

• 8–10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Experience in multi-jurisdictional HR environments.
• Deep knowledge of US, EMEA, and Canadian employment laws.
• Proven track record in total rewards and compensation frameworks.
• Fluency in HRIS platforms and workforce analytics.
• Strong communication skills at the executive level.
• Emotional intelligence and human-centered leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• SHRM-SCP, CIPD, or equivalent certification is a plus.
