The Inbound Sales Specialist at Trupanion will connect with pet parents to educate them about pet insurance coverage and assist them through the enrollment process, all while delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• 2+ years of successful sales experience in a call center environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience handling high-volume customer interactions.
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills.
• Technical troubleshooting skills in a remote setting.
• Ability to maintain productivity in a remote work environment.
• Property and Casualty licensing is a plus.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain P&C licensing in all states.
