Associate, Finance & Operations - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a qualified employee as an Associate in Finance & Operations for our location in Mannheim.

In Short

• Processing all transactions in financial accounting.
• Preparation of outgoing payments in online banking and daily processing of account statements.
• Support Senior Managers in reporting and monthly/year-end closing, and take over representation after appropriate training.
• Assistance in human resources and office management.
• Flexible working hours with the possibility to work from home up to 2 days a week.

Requirements

• Business administration degree with a bachelor's degree or qualified commercial training.
• Initial professional experience in accounting.
• Independent, accurate, and reliable working style.
• Flexible generalist with enjoyment of diverse tasks and collaboration with German and English-speaking teams.
• Fluent in German and English.
