Project Finance Accountant - Remote

Overview

The Project Finance Accountant (PFA) works with the Finance Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team to ensure that the company is achieving project profitability and billability through the provision of timely financial information, and the financial management of client projects.

In Short

• Responsible for managing project financials on a day-to-day basis.
• Assists Finance Business Partners with updating the Oracle Fusion system.
• Supports FP&A team to meet client financial and internal reporting needs.
• Handles client invoicing for various clients.
• Updates contracts in the Oracle system for accuracy.
• Provides status updates on projects.
• Assists with project reconciliations with client services teams.
• Ensures timely reconciliation of time movements in Oracle.
• Provides training on financial compliance and Oracle system.
• Maintains confidentiality and compliance with internal firewalls.

Requirements

• Previous accounting or finance experience.
• Strong IT skills with proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
• Proactive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and relationship-building skills.
