Overview

The Financial Operations Associate will be responsible for managing credit card transactions, expense reporting, general ledger maintenance, and supporting bank transactions.

In Short

• Assist in preparing monthly credit card allocations.
• Prepare and reconcile credit card transactions.
• Prepare and submit senior management expense reports in Concur.
• Support quarterly reconciliations of expenses submitted to Concur.
• Post transactions for portfolio companies and maintain general ledger.
• Reconcile bank accounts and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Post bank transactions and pre-authorized payments to QuickBooks.
• Assist in preparing weekly bank reconciliations.
• Organize and manage documents related to Accounts Payable and financial statements.
• Gather financial data for various assignments.

Requirements

• Experience with credit card management and expense reporting.
• Familiarity with Concur and QuickBooks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
