Overview

The Regulatory Compliance Director will play an integral role in ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations in Australia, supporting the Compliance function and liaising with both local and global compliance teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in financial services compliance.
• Bachelor's degree and RG146 compliance.
• ACAMS certification preferred.
• Knowledge of AFSL obligations and derivatives compliance.
• Familiarity with ASIC and AUSTRAC requirements.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Team player with excellent time management.
• Interest in cryptocurrency and fintech ecosystem.
• Advanced computer literacy.
• Must be based in Australia.
