In Short

  • Architect and operate systems, processes, and insights for the go-to-market engine.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance.
  • Define and operationalize the revenue strategy.
  • Build scalable processes and workflows across the revenue lifecycle.
  • Own the GTM tech stack including CRM and analytics tools.
  • Deliver actionable insights on funnel performance and pipeline health.
  • Establish RevOps vision and operating model aligned with growth.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Lead change-management initiatives across GTM teams.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Business Operations.
  • 5+ years in leadership roles.
  • Extensive B2B SaaS experience in a growth-stage environment.
  • Strong analytical skills in forecasting and data visualization.
  • Hands-on experience with leading GTM tools.
  • Ability to influence and communicate effectively across teams.
  • A builder’s mindset for solving complex problems.
