Overview

The VP of Revenue Operations at Outreach will lead the Global Revenue Strategy & Operations team, driving efficiency and effectiveness across revenue cycles while managing day-to-day sales and customer experience operations.

  • Drive the annual GTM planning cycle and alignment across stakeholders.
  • Build executive presentations for business meetings.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop team members.
  • Foster relationships with senior executive stakeholders.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing team.
  • Navigate a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives and pipeline management.

Requirements

  • 15+ years in Revenue/Sales Operations or management consulting.
  • 7+ years of people leadership experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and executive presence.
  • Proven record of building and scaling teams.
  • Experience in presenting and crafting messages for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to tackle problems creatively and resourcefully.
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS customer journey.
  • BS/BA required; MBA preferred.
