Overview

The Customer Success Manager at Outreach is responsible for driving platform adoption and providing strategic guidance to customers, ensuring their engagement and success with the Outreach platform.

  • Complete Outreach Operating Rhythm activities for customer satisfaction.
  • Identify risks to client health and provide mitigation strategies.
  • Connect internal teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Prioritize multiple projects with varying stakeholder priorities.
  • Stay updated on sales and revenue trends.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in CSM or Account Management in SaaS.
  • Experience managing a book of 30-40 clients.
  • Domain knowledge in sales processes and go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong strategic and critical thinking skills.
  • Effective problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Ability to synthesize data for decision-making.
  • Self-starter with a high sense of initiative.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
