Outreach is seeking a strategic and dynamic leader for our Global Solutions Consulting team. This leader will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of the Solutions Consulting function and will partner closely with Sales leadership to align and execute go-to-market strategies across the broader Sales organization.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in Pre-sales teams.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage Value Consulting and Engineering teams.
  • Demonstrated thought leadership in business process improvement.
  • Ability to assess team activity using data.
  • Comfortable meeting with senior executives.
  • Understanding of sales strategies for mid-market and global organizations.
  • Ability to operationalize outputs in a fast-growing company.
  • Experience in building teams for global growth potential.
