Director, Solutions Consulting - Remote

Overview

As the Director, Solutions Consulting at UJET, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the best and brightest people in Sales. In this role, you’ll partner with Sales and UJET’s strategic partners to identify the business challenges of prospective clients and map their organizational needs to the capabilities of UJET’s industry-leading platform.

In Short

• Lead a team of Solutions Consultants in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Define goals and create processes to drive growth.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and partners to identify customer needs.
• Demonstrate the value of UJET's platform through customized product demos.
• Create strategic sales strategies and presentations for customers.
• Organize responses to RFPs and assist with security questionnaires.
• Leverage product knowledge to create technical demonstrations.
• Support Sales and Solutions Consulting teams with customer-facing journeys.

Requirements

• 5+ years leading a Solutions Consulting team in a SaaS company.
• 7+ years in client-facing sales, presales, or consulting roles.
• Hands-on experience with popular CRM systems.
• Experience in storytelling and value positioning.
• Proven team player with experience in scaling teams.
• Knowledge of technology stacks including CRM, APIs, and conversational AI.
• Dependable, self-starter with excellent organization skills.
• Strong communication skills - written, verbal, and presentation.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
