In Short

• Build, develop, and inspire an organization of dedicated Solutions Consultants and leaders.
• Partner with Sales leadership to achieve sales targets across regions.
• Analyze and manage the performance of our Solutions Consulting function.
• Develop, refine and scale core SC processes.
• Act as the technical executive to align with customer executives.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop the Solutions Consulting leadership team.
• Leverage customer feedback to collaborate with Product and Engineering.
• Participate in regional industry events as a thought leader.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a Solutions Consulting or Sales Engineering role.
• 5+ years of direct people management experience.
• Experience working with large enterprise companies.
• Proven track record of leading and growing high performing teams.
• Demonstrated ability to define and execute strategy.
• Strong understanding of the technical and competitive landscape.
• Ability to thrive in a constantly evolving environment.
