Head of Finance - Remote

Overview

The Head of Finance will oversee the public company GAAP financial systems and provide managerial and leadership expertise to the finance department while contributing positively to the team.

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with GAAP.
• Maintain compliance with SOX and other regulatory requirements.
• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
• Provide variance analysis and strategic financial leadership.
• Develop and enforce strong internal controls.
• Analyze cost structures to identify efficiencies.
• Oversee general ledger accounting and month-end close processes.
• Serve as liaison with corporate finance teams and auditors.
• Support the finance team aligned with Outreach culture.
• Communicate effectively in a video meeting environment.

Requirements

• Aligned with the mission and values of Outreach.
• Strong technical accounting skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and data skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or relevant field.
• Masters in Accountancy, MBA, or CPA preferred.
• 10 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with ERP systems like Acumatica is a plus.
