Overview

The Head of Finance will lead the financial strategy and operations of EICL, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks while supporting business growth and efficiency.

Requirements

• Expertise in management accounting and financial reporting.
• Ability to lead audits and ensure compliance.
• Commercial acumen for business support and pricing.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Experience with finance systems transformation, preferably NetSuite.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• A mindset of continuous improvement.
• Recognised financial qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
