Overview

The Head of Finance will lead the finance function of Sterlington, ensuring it operates efficiently as the firm scales. This role involves providing strategic insights, managing financial reporting, and overseeing the finance team.

Requirements

• Professionally qualified accountant (CA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA).
• 15+ years of post-qualification experience in finance or accounting.
• Leadership and team management experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting frameworks (IFRS, US GAAP).
• Commercial awareness and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with financial software such as Power BI is advantageous.
• Prior experience with ERP systems is desirable.
• Fluent business-level English communication skills.
