Senior People Operations Specialist - Remote

Overview

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves bringing order, insight, and momentum to HR. You’ll be at the center of how we run our people operations, owning HR data and systems, keeping policies and compliance tight as we grow, and supporting benefits and payroll workflows.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in People Operations / HR Operations
• Strong HR systems and data management experience (HRIS required)
• Solid understanding of HR compliance and operational risk
• Experience working cross-functionally with Finance, Payroll, or similar stakeholders
• Proven ability to improve processes in fast-paced environments
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
