• 7+ years in HR/People Operations, with 2 years in a senior role.
• Experience in a global, distributed company.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices across regions.
• Hands-on experience with HR tools.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-growth environment.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with data-driven decision-making.
