• Drive and scale core People Ops processes across a multinational team.
• Ensure exceptional employee experience through high-quality service delivery.
• Own global onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Oversee benefits management and support improvements.
• Manage HRIS (BambooHR) for data accuracy and optimization.
• Create and maintain internal policies and handbooks.
• Contribute to projects to optimize People Ops.
• Support internal communications and engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• Advanced English — both written and spoken.
• 3+ years in a People Ops / HR Generalist role.
• Experience supporting teams across 3+ countries.
• Strong critical thinking and high personal work standards.
• Clear, people-centered communication with a global mindset.
• Excellent prioritization and adaptability in fast-changing environments.
• Proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
• Conflict resolution or mediation experience.
