People Operations Specialist - Remote

Overview

We’re hiring a People Operations Specialist to own the end-to-end coordination of our recruiting operations, including managing our ATS (Ashby), sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and keeping interview processes on track.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience with ATS platforms like Ashby.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Ability to track KPIs and manage hiring processes.
