In Short

• Manage all administrative processes related to HR to ensure an excellent employee experience.
• Act as a point of contact for teams regarding contracts, visa processes, remote work, payroll, and labor law.
• Create employment contracts, amendments, and terminations, ensuring proper documentation and signature processes.
• Oversee monthly payroll and communicate with external payroll services, health insurance, and authorities.
• Collaborate with service providers for labor law, remote work, and visa issues while bringing relevant expertise.
• Maintain our talent management software (BambooHR) and generate regular reports for team leads.
• Establish scalable processes where appropriate and ensure clear structures.

Requirements

• Strong service mentality in dealing with colleagues and teams.
• Structured, detail-oriented, and pragmatic working style.
• Engaged personality with a high work ethic and quality standards.
• Independent, positive, and proactive attitude with an overview even with many topics.
• Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Very good knowledge of German labor law and visa issues.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience, ideally in a dynamic (startup) environment.
• Curiosity to understand new topics thoroughly.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
