• Join the People & Places team as a People Operations Specialist.
• Drive operational excellence and strategic process improvements.
• Act as a subject matter expert in HR processes.
• Support HR team with onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and assist in audits.
• Develop and maintain HR Knowledge Base for self-service.
• Run compliance and audit reports for data accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Propose strategic improvements to HR workflows.
• Utilize technology to solve complex HR challenges.

Requirements

• 2+ years in HR Operations, People Operations, or HR Generalist role.
• Experience in process improvement and system implementation.
• Expertise in HRIS such as Workday.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on technology.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
