• Build and own the recruiting function from the ground up.
• Manage the entire hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding.

• Set up and maintain the ATS and interview workflows.
• Document and improve recruiting workflows and processes.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Requirements

• 2-4+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent operations experience.
• Experience building or customizing an ATS.
• Strong documentation and systems thinking skills.
• Ability to partner closely with hiring managers.
• Data-driven approach to tracking recruiting metrics.
• Self-directed and operates with urgency.
• Empathetic and caring about candidate experience.
• Experience in a startup or fast-growing environment.
