• We're hiring a Talent Operations Lead to build and own our recruiting function from the ground up.
• Manage the entire hiring process from sourcing to onboarding.

• Own sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing for various roles.
• Use platforms like LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
• Set up and maintain our ATS and interview workflows.
• Document and improve recruiting workflows and processes.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Lead compensation conversations and coordinate onboarding logistics.
• Assist with systems for payroll and HR tooling as the company grows.

Requirements

• 2-4+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent operations experience.
• Experience with ATS systems like Ashby, Lever, or Greenhouse.
• Strong documentation and systems thinking skills.
• Data-driven with the ability to track recruiting metrics.
• Self-directed and able to operate with urgency.
• Empathetic and thoughtful regarding candidate experiences.
• Experience in startup environments preferred.
