Talent Operations Lead - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Talent Operations Lead to support our people team and candidate experience efforts in a high-growth, high-velocity environment.

In Short

• Schedule and coordinate interviews across time zones for candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams
• Manage candidate communications to ensure a smooth, responsive, and high-touch experience
• Own recruiting logistics in Ashby (our ATS), ensuring data accuracy and workflow efficiency
• Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to move candidates quickly and thoughtfully through the process
• Support sourcing and recruiting operations projects — from pipeline reporting to candidate research
• Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various platforms to attract top talent
• Assist in onboarding new hires and facilitating an exceptional new hire experience
• Be a culture ambassador — upholding our values and helping candidates feel excited and informed every step of the way

Requirements

• Based in Mexico, Colombia, or Brazil
• Minimum of 3+ years in a recruitment coordination or HR support role, preferably in a tech or startup environment
• Proficiency in using ATS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with tools like Google Workspace is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is advantageous
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a global team
