This is a high-impact role where you’ll be a hands-on leader that will lead the Talent Operations function, optimizing the systems, processes, and infrastructure that power our ability to attract and retain top talent globally.

In this role, you'll drive continuous improvement across our talent operations ecosystem—from day-to-day execution to long-term strategic planning. You'll play a critical part in shaping how our Talent team operates at scale, with a special focus on managing and evolving our Global Contingent Workforce Program, ensuring it delivers efficiency, agility, and value.

In Short

  • Operational leader that will elevate the Talent Operations function, continuously improving operational workflows, systems, documentation, and technologies to increase effectiveness and scalability.
  • Own and evolve our Global Contingent Workforce Program, delivering innovative, efficient, and compliant solutions that align with our workforce strategy.
  • Leverage data and analytics to generate actionable insights, enabling smarter, faster, and more strategic talent decisions across the organization.
  • Optimize our talent systems and platforms to enhance user experience, operational efficiency, and team productivity.
  • Build and maintain a robust knowledge management infrastructure that ensures accessibility and continuity of critical talent information and resources.
  • Drive operational excellence across the recruiting lifecycle, ensuring coordination, communication, and compliance meet the highest standards.
  • Strategic advisor by partnering closely with Finance and People teams to align headcount planning and forecasting with business goals.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience leading recruiting, talent operations, or workforce strategy programs, with deep knowledge of full life-cycle recruitment.
  • Comfortable with a changing environment and having the ability to be a change leader and having the strategic foresight to anticipate change in processes.
  • Experience in building equitable processes and tracking progress through inclusive hiring metrics.
  • A track record of leading cross-functional projects, driving process improvements, and implementing talent systems at scale.
  • Proficiency in a range of ATS and CRM platforms, including Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
  • A data-oriented mindset, with the ability to translate complex information into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A confident communicator who can flex across audiences.
  • A collaborative mindset that values feedback, openness, and a team-first approach.
  • Proficiency with talent tools and technologies, and a desire to continuously improve and evolve processes using digital solutions.
  • A forward-thinking, solution-oriented leader who thrives in fast-paced environments.
