Offchain Labs is seeking a Head of Finance to lead financial strategy, operations, and planning, overseeing critical initiatives and scaling financial systems to support growth.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role within a startup or investment banking.
• Experience managing external accountants for P&L and tax filings.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Excellent financial modeling and Excel skills.
• Knowledge of treasury management and budgeting.
• Ability to prioritize and execute in a dynamic environment.
• Experience advising on business plans and finance strategy.
• Experience managing high-performing finance teams.
• Prior crypto experience is a plus.
