The Manager, Commercial Sales will lead a team of Commercial Account Executives responsible for acquiring new customers in the commercial space. This role requires a results-driven leader who can coach and mentor the sales team while collaborating with various departments to enhance sales processes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales leadership.
  • Proven track record of customer growth.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
  • Experience in lead generation and closing deals.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to build positive relationships and influence others.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com.
