• Seeking a Senior Director, Solutions Consulting to support the sales team.
• Responsible for being a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in various teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver Hello Heart solutions.
• Mentor and train new Medical Affairs team members.
• Create content to enhance solution knowledge and support sales.
• Drive enablement and add value through various tools.
• Assist in RFPs, RFIs, and proposals.
• Demonstrate client value and ROI to consultant teams.
• Execute high-level sales presentations for partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Valid clinical certification or degree in healthcare-related field.
• 4+ years of experience in a people manager role.
• 7+ years in client-facing roles, ideally in sales or marketing.
• Experience with product and solutions teams in healthcare tech.
• Experience in a high growth, fast-changing environment.
• Excellent presentation skills and poise.
• Ability to travel approximately 10-20%.
