Forma is seeking a Head of Revenue Operations to lead and enhance our RevOps function, driving strategies and initiatives to unlock revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS RevOps.
  • 3+ years of people management experience.
  • Proven track record of building impactful programs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and forecasting tools.
  • Ability to mentor and grow team members.
  • Empathy for sales representatives and their success.
  • Experience in high-growth startup environments.
  • Top-tier analytics and modeling skills.
