Overview

The VP, Revenue Operations at Firstup will lead the Operations Team and ensure alignment and optimization of processes, systems, and teams to achieve sales growth goals.

• Lead the entire Operations Team and manage the Tech Stack.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or similar.
• 10+ years of experience in Sales/Revenue Operations.
• Strong technical skills with Revenue Operations Tech Stack.
• Data-driven with familiarity with Revenue Operations KPIs.
• Project management experience in optimizing system infrastructure.
• Management experience leading operations and systems teams.
