In Short

  • Primary owner of a set book of existing customers.
  • Drive customer retention and expansion from implementation through renewal.
  • Effectively renew, upsell, and cross-sell to existing customers.
  • Build relationships with senior executives at partner organizations.
  • Collaborate with Customer Experience Team to ensure customer success.
  • Lead value-driven Executive Business Reviews.
  • Engage customers and inspire them to advocate for Firstup.
  • Become an expert in the Digital Employee Experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS sales and Account Management.
  • Strong history of quota attainment and excellent performance.
  • Experience selling software to executives at Fortune 500 companies.
  • Impeccable communication and professional sales presentation skills.
  • Experience managing customer relationships with a Customer Success team.
  • Ability to use data to demonstrate value and justify expansion.
  • Experience in a high-growth business environment.
