In Short

• Lead experimentation and metric development to understand user behavior, optimize onboarding and retention.
• Build predictive, attribution, and behavioral models to inform marketing strategy.
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations.
• Develop dashboards and analytical frameworks for data access.
• Shape AI strategy by designing evaluation frameworks and running experiments.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a quantitative role.
• Fluent in SQL and Python.
• Proven experience in product or growth decisions.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity in fast-moving environments.
• Excited about improving access to mental health care.
