In Short

• Ensures compliance of sportsbook, casino, and supporting platforms with regulatory requirements.
• Acts as a liaison between Product, Engineering, Compliance, and regulators.
• Manages and develops Technical Compliance Analysts and Coordinators.
• Collaborates to triage and document compliance issues.
• Maintains documentation and compliance artifacts for audits.
• Analyzes new regulations and provides guidance to teams.
• Supports change management processes and incident reviews.
• Prepares teams for regulatory audits.
• Requires occasional travel for regulatory purposes.
• Remote position with a preference for Eastern or Central time zone candidates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field.
• 8+ years of iGaming and gaming technical compliance experience.
• 5+ years in a management role.
• Strong technical knowledge in hardware, software, and databases.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Experience managing a team of analysts.
• Knowledge of gaming regulatory frameworks.
• Understanding of sports betting and iGaming technology systems.
• Able to travel occasionally.
• Experience providing support to test laboratories.
