Senior Product Manager, Collection & Instrumentation - Remote

In Short

• Own the roadmap and governance of the digital data collection ecosystem.
• Lead the design and implementation of global event taxonomy and instrumentation framework.
• Define governance and configuration standards for data collection technologies.
• Ensure compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
• Translate stakeholder requirements into instrumentation roadmaps.
• Manage vendor relationships for tagging, consent, and CDP platforms.
• Oversee an Instrumentation Analyst.
• Partner with analytics and product teams for alignment on tracking solutions.
• Establish processes for new event and SDK requests.
• Implement monitoring and validation for event data quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience in digital development or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in product management or analytics engineering.
• Strong knowledge of web and mobile tracking concepts.
• Proficiency with tag managers and measurement tools.
• Experience with privacy and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with automated QA for event instrumentation preferred.
• Familiarity with schema management tools preferred.
• Understanding of CDPs and identity resolution strategies preferred.
• 1-3 years of managerial experience preferred.
