Overview

Nearform, a global tech consultancy specializing in software solutions for enterprises, is looking for a Head of Sales & Solutions to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence in the Americas region. You will lead a high-performing sales team, develop and execute strategic sales plans, and build strong relationships with key clients and partners.

In Short

  • Lead and inspire a talented sales and solutions team, fostering a culture of excellence and high performance.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and solutions strategies aligned with Nearform’s overall business objectives.
  • Identify, acquire, and nurture strategic client relationships, building long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to understand client needs and propose innovative solutions that drive business value.
  • Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities, expanding Nearform’s footprint in the Americas.
  • Empower the sales team with the tools, training, and resources needed to succeed.
  • Effectively manage the sales pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of opportunities.
  • Work with partnerships team to identify opportunities to improve GTM motion.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in a sales & solutions leadership role, preferably in a technology consulting firm.
  • Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and emerging technologies.
  • Strong business acumen and financial analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • A passion for technology and commitment to delivering exceptional client outcomes.
